“Rakija barik kajsijevaca buklija Srpska Trojka”
0.7 l, alc. 42% v/v
Golden yellow coluor with pleasant smell distinctive for apricot brandy. Completed and full taste with expression of the oak (barik) barell, the one it was kept in.
Should be consumed
As an aperitif
Served
Chilled to a cellar temperature, in small glasses 0.03- 0.05 l
Made of
Unpolluted ripe apricot. During the distilling it has to keep its fruit aroma and tinge. No artificial colour added. Aging in special casks- barrique, which innerside was burnt, so it inherits a special aroma from its barrel.
Producer’s note
“Preserving tradition and using a countries-old receipe, three good friends have managed to produce refined brandies of the best available fruit. They named these brandies after themselves: The Serbian Trio.”
Bojan’s Tips
Very, very good. Although I dislike barrique wines and brandies, this case shows that fruity taste can be enriched and preserved with good barrique. Nice aroma and barrique elegance. Reminds somehow of Western liquors.
