Natural Organic Plum Brandy

Crafted of Ripe Fruit Aged in Oak Barrel

- Serbian Trio Slivovitz-

0.75 l, alc. 45% v/v

Should be consumed

As an aperitif exclusively, because of its strength. Small glasses 0.03- 0.05 l.

Served

Chilled to a cellar temperature, best at 32F – 44F, arises at optimal density and aroma.

Made of

Only ripe fruit is used, carefully selected, compressed and fermented. Distilling process is traditional. No artificial aroma or colour, completely natural. Afterwards matured in oak barrels.

Producer’s note

“Preserving tradition and using a countries-old receipe, three good friends have managed to produce refined brandies of the best available fruit. They named these brandies after themselves: The Serbian Trio.”

Bojan’s Tips

Tawny colour shows the love between the brandy and its oak barrel. Barique in this case. Emphasized smell, higher density. Strong and a real aperitif, prepares palate for food. Somewhat similar to cognac, but much stronger.
