Chilled to a cellar temperature, in small glasses 0.03- 0.05 l
Made of
Made of Red plum and Pozegaca, carefully selected, smashed and left to ferment for 3 weeks. It is distilled and distilled again in traditional way, preserving the fruity bouquet. During the aging process in oak the primary odor is transformed into a sophisticated fragrance. This process make the slivovitz winsome.
Producer’s note
Small family-owned distillery. Generations are in the brandy making. It assemblies the top professionals.
Bojan’s Tips
It reminds of a good whiskey at first sight. Black label and golden letters. But when you taste it... it reveals the profusion of an excellent fruit brandy aged in oak: balanced, not harsh, but pleasant for the palate. Divine!
