Colourless and crystal clear brandy, made of Chardonnay grape with nice aroma and smooth taste. Symphony for palate.

Aperitif or digestive, because of nice fruit aroma.
Served
Chilled to a cellar temperature, in small glasses 0.03- 0.05 l.
Made of
Ripe Chardonnay grape from Subotica Region, North Serbia, grown on sandy soil. Carefully mashed, fermented and distilled but the distillation has to preserve fruit aroma. The fruit smell must be enriched and emphasissed during aging later on.

Bojan’s Tips
Long time ago all grappas reminded me on pure alcohol, but I learned to enjoy in its roughness, because the pungency is generated by fruit. You have to be careful: good grappa has a specific smell and aroma. This one has it definitely!
