Aperitif or digestive. Even better as digestive because of long aging and milder aftertaste.

Chilled to a cellar temperature, in small glasses 0.03- 0.05 l
Made of
Carefully selected ripe plum is left to ferment for a couple of weeks. The brandy is distilled and distilled again in traditional way in order to achieve higher alcoholic content and preserve specific fruit aroma. Aged in oak barrels for 6 years.

Slivovitz made from ripe plum picked on the slopes of Kopaonik mountain, south-western Serbia.
Bojan’s Tips
Impressive colour and density, stating that it had long connection with a barrel. On the other hand, I don’t think they avoided the trap of long aging: I don’t like the taste, it should have been sharp and biting, not confused.
