Good brandy needs a good and foremost sweet fruit to get what it needs. As one of the nicest smelling fruit apricot is not rare on the liquor menu in Balkan. Zaric distillery took their game to a higher level and produced one of the best tasting transparent brandies on the market. Produced from the hand picked apricots nurtured in their own orchard, Magic is seductive, but still very hard. Apricot brandies are considered a drink for ladies, but Magic proves this theory wrong.

	I’m not a fan of sweet liquors, but I did enjoy a chilled glass of Magic apricot brandy. Its smell is full, just like you have a ripe fruit under your nose, while the taste is sharp and mellow at the same time. Once again, Zaric distillery has proven itself a leader among the brandy producers.

The Zaric Distillery was established on the tradition and within the premises of the former and famous brandy distillery ‘Povlen’ whose old fame was fading out for two decades until the start of the Zaric family business. In spite of fruit growing tradition of the area of Kosjeric, the old ‘Povlen’ to lost its shine due to different circumstances. We were decisive to use the potential of this fruit growing area and the tradition of producing the top quality brandy in the first place, we invested our greatest capacities in modernizing and reconstructing the existing plants for fruit processing and distillation, thus increasing the demand for fruit growing in this area, as well as the production capacities.
