0.7 l, alc. 42% Aromatic, pear brandy. Pear brady has been produced from hand picked, fully ripe, fresh and clean fruits. Fermented with wild yeasts and twice distilled. During the second round of distillation, the middle fraction has been collected as it is the best quality brandy. It has been aged in glass dishes, and later it has been saved in wooden barrels. Every step in production is controlled. Premier Williams Pear Brandy has optimal sharp taste, rich aroma of pears and gives superior pleasure. ProMont group has established one of the youngest distilleries in Serbia. Technology process is controlled from fruit picking to aging and bottling.
