After you place your order at tastebrandy.com, you’ll receive an email from our logistic company Eurosender with a link. If you follow the link, you’ll be taken to Eurosender’s order created especially for you with all necesary data. Eurosender knows our collection address in Croatia, the dimensions of the parcel, your delivery data, pick up date and estimates the delivery date.

You should check all the data and go through the order all to the payment page.

Let us show you how it looks like.

On the first page (screen 1) you can see the weight of your parcel and the delivery price that corresponds to the estimated shipping price that you were shown while placing your order at tastebrandy.com.

The collection date and approximate time of delivery are on the screen 2.

Our pickup address in Croatia and you delivery address are already there (screen 3).

After checking all the data, you should click on Continue (screen 4).

It takes you on the next 2 pages (screens 5 and 6) should just be skipped.

Then we come to the payment page (screen 7). You should just whether you wish to pay with your credit card or PayPal, enter your data and click Continue again. You get the success message.

When you finish, we’ll get the notification. The rest is up to us. Expect your parcel in a couple of days.
