Distilled in old oak barrels for two years in small batches. It does not use bulk ethanol,sugar artificial colorants and chemical flavors.Oak barrels provide unique taste of homemade brandy. Following a long process of maceration, the quince brandy will bring back flavors from our childhood, when quince perfumed the house. A real lady among fruit brandies! Smuk Ovocná Pálenka z Hroznů
0.7 l, 38% alc. Rubin coloured brandy made cognac-like techology, aged in oak, mild, pleasant and potable as digestive. Even though the official label on the bottle says that this is grape brandy Smuk, it is made partly by distilling fermented grape pomace, and partly by distilling pressed grape juice. That is why we can include it in cognacs at the VSOP level. The cognac part gives this brandy softness and a pleasant fragrance, and the classic wine part gives it the strength it needs. Aging in an oak barrel gives it balance. Absolutely teriffic! Combining cognac and grape brandy makes it distinct. It surprises you with its deepness and complexity of its body. Strong character, but mild to your palate. Very very pleasant odor, it can be conusmed from cognac glasses. No heating, no cooling. Just as it is. This is one of the best I+ve ever had.
