Tawny and balanced Slivovitz Memory aged in barrique barrels for 5 years, calm and lively, excellent aroma.

The three different varieties of local grown plums are used for diestillation of Memory Plum brandy. The most exquisite fact is that it was aged in barrique: special type of barrels volumed 225l that grants it rich coffe, vanilla and fruity notes. Therefore this Slivovitz represents a first step of Agroobst Destillery towards more aged and profound beverages. And we are proud to be part of it.

This Barrique Memory Slivovitz is a step forward, very brave. It is calm and stable, reminds me of a digestive. The experience is different then with its younger sister that ages in ordinary oak. Barrique barrels make it more like a digestive, although I am having it before my meals very often.

Agro Obst

Agro OBST from the small municipality of Blace (in the Serbian south) is a family business involved in fruit production and processing of fruit for generations. However, the company's main activity is the production of high-quality fruit brandies: plum brandy, quince brandy, and bitters. The raw materials for fruit brandy are provided from a family farm with about 10 hectares of land, most of which are under plums. Continuously, the family is increasing the surface area of its orchards and investing in the modernization of its work, both on orchards and in the distillery.
