CHARACTERISTICS: An authentic blend of three international white grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc), with Chardonnay being the dominant variety. It has a golden yellow color with a greenish tint, refined fruity aromas that clearly reveal pineapple, citrus, and ripe pears, with spicy notes in the background.

SERVING: 10–12 °C

FOOD: It is recommended with sea and freshwater fish, turkey and chicken dishes, as well as veal specialties with various toppings.
