Ripe plum is carefully selected, smashed and left to ferment for a couple of weeks. Double- distilled in traditional way. Aged in oak wood for two years.
Golden valley slivovitz is made of the best plum in Uzice region: “pozegaca”, “ranka”, “trnovaca”. They are picked by the end of summer and beginning of autumn and left to ferment in wood barrels. The brandy ages in barrels for years and is enriched by the love of the brandy and its oak.
