Ripe plum is harvested, smashed and left to ferment for at least three weeks. It is distilled and re-distilled in traditional way in order to gain the alcoholic strength

	I'm not so sure it is all made of fruit. It reminds of a decent brandy, but has a lot of disadvantages. One of them is too strong fragrance. Attacking, actually.
