The Monastery, together with the Church of the Savior, was built by the first king of Serbia, Stefan the Firstborn. The monastery was destroyed in the 13th century, but was rebuilt by King Stefan Milutin at the beginning of the 14th century. A lot of reach Serbian history has been written at this place, while nowadays at this quite and peaceful women’s monastery, in love and with prayers live and work nuns who are also main “responsible” artists for beauty, fragrance and taste of all these fruit products.     $("#piGal a[rel^='fancybox']").fancybox({ cyclic: true}); (function() { var po = document.createElement('script'); po.type = 'text/javascript'; po.async = true; po.src = 'https://apis.google.com/js/platform.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(po, s); })();(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js#xfbml=1"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));
