        0,7 l, 42% alc. Yellow pear brandy distilled of excellent fermented pear, aged in barrique barrels for 5 years. Pyrus Piraster is a sort of pear used for distillation of the Ducat brandy. Ripe fruit is not picked from the tree, but picked from the ground when it falls in its full ripeness. After the controlled distillation, the brandy is aged for at least 5 years in two types of barrels. Therefore, it has mild yellow colour and pleasant aroma. Nothing spectacular, but acceptable!   The Zaric Distillery was established on the tradition and within the premises of the former and famous brandy distillery ‘Povlen’ whose old fame was fading out for two decades until the start of the Zaric family business. In spite of fruit growing tradition of the area of Kosjeric, the old ‘Povlen’ to lost its shine due to different circumstances.
