Distilled in traditional way.     I am always excited when I have a sip of apricot brandy, mixture of sweet expectations and real liquor.This brandy has too emphasized apricot fragrance, maybe a bit mincing. I doubt it originates from the ripe apricot. The brandy itself is acceptable. Apricot Brandy Aqua Spirita

        0.75 l, 42% alc. Apricot brandy, colorless and crystal clear with very pleasant fruity fragrance and aroma. Ripe apricot is harvested, smashed and left to ferment for a couple weeks. It is distilled in traditional way. After that it must be aged in stainless steel for a year.     Apricot brandy is very aromatic and tasty. When it took a little brandy in the mouth, the impression is like you are eating ripe apricot.   A good spirit should slide down your throat when you take a sip and it must create a feeling of warmth in your stomach. Nothing must "cut into" throat or create a sense of discomfort in the mouth, but it must create a feeling like drinking hard liquor and eating the fruit from which the brandy is produced at the same time. Each fruit has its own particular aroma and flavor (spirit). During the process of fermentation and distillation its aroma and the spirit must be preserved.
