Slivovitz of nice colour, aged in oak barrel.

In a plum- shape bottle. Dedicated to Serbian WWI General Zivojin Misic, whose mother Andjelija was born in Kostunici.

Carefully selected ripe plum of the sorts "Pozegaca" and "Cacanska ranka" is left to ferment for a couple of weeks. The pits are removed before the fermentation in order to neutralize acids and to get smoth taste of the slivovitz. The brandy is distilled and distilled again in traditional way in order to achieve higher alcoholic content and preserve specific fruit aroma. Aged in oak barrels for years.
