Walnut- colured fruit brandy with specific fragrance and aroma of a pure brandy of higher density Fruit brandy of various origin (mostly apple or grape brandy, because of its neutral aroma) is distilled in traditional way out of selected ripe fruit. The brandy is granted the brown colour both from the walnut and from the barrel. Therefore, brandy looses its alcoholic strength during aging in 2 directions: barrel and walnut. Walnut grants higher density to the brandy. And the brandy is not so "sharp" as other fruit brandies.
