Elderberry Brandy Aqua Spirita

      Colourless brandy distilled of fermented ripe elderberries 0.75 l, 42% alc. Brandy with specific elder fragrance. One of the most complicated brandies, from the producer's point of view. Ripe and sweet elderberries from family orchards and village Grocka near Belgrade is used. The berries are picked only when black, because they gain the full ripeness at that particular moment. Otherwise they can be toxic. The brandy is aged so that it keeps emphasized odor and specific aroma of elder. Over 15 kilos of ripe berries is needed to make 1 bottle of elder brandy.     Elder juice, is first what you think when you taste it. Beautiful fragrance. But then your stomach feels this is a brandy. Very rear and appreciated brandy, because it is hard to distill. This one is excellent: density, odor and alcoholic strength make a symphony.         0.75 l, 42% alc. Apricot brandy, colorless and crystal clear with very pleasant fruity fragrance and aroma. Ripe apricot is harvested, smashed and left to ferment for a couple weeks. It is distilled in traditional way. After that it must be aged in stainless steel for a year.     Apricot brandy is very aromatic and tasty. Aqua Spirita Apple brandy

        0.7 l, 42% alc. Tawny yellow brandy distilled of fermented apples and aged in oak for 4 years. Ripe apples are smashed and fermented for 3 weeks. The apples are distilled in traditional way, but using modern technology and controlled processes. The brandy ages in oak barrels, which grants them the golden colour and optimal density.     Apple brandy is usualy not appreciated amongst other fruit brandies, due to the fact that it is "tasteless". But this apple brandy, aged for couple of years, has a very emphasized body, finished ending, very nice fragrance and colour.
