The aftersmell of this pear brandy is very nice and characteristic, rather unique.     Long after a sip of 1804 pear brandy, I can still feel its mature flowery notes. Very interesting brandy!   Distillery 1804 is based in Valjevo, Serbia. Its name was inspired by Serbian history. The First Serbian Uprising began in 1804 so this is a very important year.         0.7 l, 40% alc. Colourless fruit brandy of distincitve Williams taste with fruity aftertaste on palate, aged in stainless steel pots. 10 kg of Williams pear fruit of own orchards is used to distill one litre of Tzuga. The fruit must be in the peak of maturity, so it can be smashed by hands. The squeezed and smashed pears are actually turned into dense pulp and the pulp is left to ferment. The seeds are previously extracted.     Very nice. In two words. I like it when it's refreshing and calming, when my palate and stomach enjoys in this fruity fragrance.   The family Rajin of Banat, east-northern region of Serbia, has been engaged in fruit brandy distilling for generations. Brandy is made from fully ripe, clean fruits in double distillation process in traditional way.     Smooth, crystal clear brandy with not so distinct aroma of pear. If you expect it to have mercy to your palates, well... you have to be wise:-) A shot or two before meals or  afterwards with fruit, it is my recommendation.   MB Impex Distillery was founded in Banja Luka, Bosnia 1996.
