Williams Pear Brandy from the Patriarchal basement of natural fruit made using the famous and prized Williams pear sort, it has its own characteristic and peculiarity.
The best quality of pear brandy is obtained from a pear sort called “Williams”, or Viljamovka in Serbian, that mature in late August. Distilled from golden yellow and sweet pears, that are ripe, healthy and undamaged, and produced by old receipt of monks from Sremski Karlovci, this brandy is recognizable as a crystal clear with very pleasant and intense aroma.
