This brandy requires only the plum of the highest quality in full ripeness from own orchards, controlled and cultivated. Several species of plum fruit is used for the slivovitz in order to get balanced aroma. Aging for at least 5 years makes it smooth, without any pungency. Supreme taste of slivovitz.

	Excellent. Mild enough and strong enough in the same time. It seems that aging calms down the vivid and playful Serbian fruit. Plum is a devil. But only if you surrender... Besides being aperitive normally, this one can be drunk as digestive as well due to its smoothness.
