Male And Female Quince Brandy Of Priest Ljuba- Dunja and Dunjac

    0,7 l, 40% alc. Two bottles of crystal clear quince brandy, distilled from male and female quince fruits, the two aphrodisiacs of strong masculine and gentle feminine aroma. Each quince orchard has male and female trees and fruits, for succesfull fertilization of the trees. Usually both male and femal fruits are picked together, smahsed and fermented, making no difference between them. But priest Ljuba decided to separate female from male quince fruits. These two are fermented separately for 3 weeks and distilled separately, aged in stainless coppers and then bottled. But we made a unique basket of the two bottles of quince brandy. If you have a sip of female quince brandy, you'll feel a quince brandy. Nothing special. But when you have a sip of the male quince brandy afterwards, you become aware of the difference. The male quince brandy is strong masculine; the female quince brandy is feminine and gentle.  
I was not even aware that male and femal quince existed. A quince was a quince. But yes, there is really a difference. Even fruit has its sexes in the nature, obviously. You can see yourself which one is a boy and which one is a girl. A unique taste. Dried Plums Brandy Slivovitz Of Priest Ljuba

    0,75 l, 40% alc. Aged amber natural brandy Slivovitz distilled of fermented dried prunes, potable and pleasant aperitive Unlike Slivovitz plum brandy, that is distilled from fresh and ripe prunes, this type of rakija sljivovica is distilled from the plums that are previously dried. Plums dried for couple of days are mostly dehydrated, but have more concentrated aroma and sugar. Dried plums are fermented and distilled afterwards. The brandy is aged in oak barrels for stabilization of its vivid fruity ingredients. This brandy has more emphasized aroma than ordinary slivovitz.  
It is mild to my taste. I like it in the evening when all daily activities are over. I like it's concentration of juices, colours and aromas.
