Serbia is the Number 1 producer of quince in Europe and among ten biggest producers of this fruit in the world. Quince is a fruit with a small percentage of sugar, so it is important not to pick up the fruits too early. Fruit harvest is made manually, while further production is made on traditional way with the application of modern technology/ production knowledge.
