Production of this brandy is combination of traditional process and calvados technology. After controlled fermentation of the finest fruits, distillation in copper stills, and five years aging in two different kinds of wooden barrels, seven distillates of different age are blended together. This mixture of distillates is the high quality brandy.

From the distillate raspberry combined with wood is produced brandy smell typical of raspberry liquor.

Family distillery Radulovic was founded 1991 in Krusevac, central Serbia. The distillery specialized in distilling quince at the beginning, when quince brandy was not so popular. When they made their quince brandy in barique casks perfect, they felt they can start conquerring raspberry barique brandy. " The biggest challenge for us was to produce barique distillates older than 5 years. This unique brandy production hadn't seen before we made Dukat Rapsberry Brandy."
