Returns Policy

The buyer exercises the right to return the goods and complaints in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine No. 41/2014). The returns deadline is 30 days. It means the Customer has a sole right to return the goods to us. The Customer does not have to explain her/his act. When inspects the returned goods and finds out it is in satisfactory condition, the sum debited from customer’s credit card/ account for the ordered goods, will be re-credited to the Customer’s credit card/ account.

The Customer pays for the return shipping, no matter if it is shipped from Croatia or out of Croatia.

Cancelation - Written customer complaint

If the Customer has already paid for his products, but the products were not shipped from our warehouse (were not taken over by the courier), then it is a cancelation. It is quite sufficient if the Customer notifies us by email at of his wish to cancel the order. We shall refund the whole amount to the Customer’s account or debit/ credit card. No reason is required, it’s Customer’s free will and we shall respect it.

In case of dissatisfaction of the Buyer with the services of the Seller, a written complaint can be sent by registered mail to the address Nova logistika d.o.o., Duga 55, 32000 Vukovar or by e-mail If the Buyer wishes to file a complaint in the field of personal data protection, he can do the same via the same e-mail address.
