Plum brandy slivovica distilled in traditional way 0.7 l, 42% alc. Plum brandy aged in oak for couple of years. Ripe plum form Oplenac region, 80 km south from Belgrade, of "Cacanska rodna" variete is carefully selected and left to ferment for 3 weeks. It is then distilled in the old, traditional way using copper boiler and redistilled again in order to gain alcoholic strength. It ages in oak for couple of years. Natural product free of any sugar, caramel or artificial colors, flavors. Excellent. Very good proportion between sugar and acid, the sourness does not exist at all.
