Therefore it has a bit sweetish ending and no sourness at all. It is full in taste and very balanced, very pleasant to the palate, even to non-Slivovitz drinkers, adjusted to Western consumer’s criteria. 0,70 l, 40% alc. Natural fruit brandy of golden yellow colour distilled of ripe Williams pear, rich in fruity taste, pleasant and balanced. Very aromatic Williams pear brandy is fermented for 3 weeks and distilled. It ages in oak for several years. The pear brandy presrves the fruity and refreshing floral fragrance. The fragrance is caused by essential oils of fruit, without any artificial additives. The brandy has golden yellow colour, distinct fruity taste and exciting long-lasting floral ending, making the palate to enjoy. One of the best pear brandies I’ve tasted. Pruna Single Barrel Rachiu de Mere
0.7 l, 42% alc. Absolute champion of supreme calvados distilled of several types of ripe apple juice, rich and harmonious taste. Idared, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious and Granny Smith are four types of apples that are combined in order to produce the calvados of supreme quality. When in full ripeness, their juice is squeezed and left to ferment. The Pruna calvados is aged in barrels made of Portugese oak, granting it deep and complex body. When poured into the glass the calvados evolves from fresh green apples taste into fruity notes of dried apricot, fig and vanilla. It has long and pleasant fruity-floral ending. Wow! Pomace is the solid residue that is left after the grapes are pressed during winemaking. Pomace brandy are usually aged for at least two years in oak barrels before they are bottled. Our Pomace Brandy Pruna aged for 5 years in a French oak barrel produced by the Mercier cooperage, in which white dry Chardonnay wine was previously matured. The longer is aged, the smoother it will be. Pomace Brandy Pruna Single Barrel exceed all of its type. It has typical character. 0.7 l, 40% alc. An extremely popular classic is the Williams Christ pear brandy Pruna, wonderfully aromatic and mild in flavour, despite its 40 percent alcohol content. Only selected fruits are used for the production. The result is a 100% pure, unfiltered distillate of absolute prime quality, which after complete fermentation and distillation is left to mature cautiously for at least five more years. You will taste the quality already with the first sip! Pear immediately smacks me in the face, but in a loving non-aggressive way. Rachiu De Gutui Pruna Reserve
0,7 l, 42% alc. Colourless quince brandy distilled of ripe fruit and aged for 4 years in stainless steel coppers, pleasant natural fruity aroma and elegant fragrance. Ripe fruit is fermented and distilled in strictly controlled process. Afterwards the brandy is aged for several years in stainless steel, so the brandy remains colourless and with rather unsoftened and sharp taste. It has pleasant and refreshing aroma with long fruity ending. The fragrance is announcing the pleasure to your palate even while it is in a glass on the table in front of you. Rachiu De Vișine Pruna Single Barrel
0.7 l, 42% alc. Premium single barrel brandy of pale yellow colour distilled of ripe sour cherry and aged in barrels for 7 years, rich natural fruity fragrance and sweetish aroma. Sour cherry Oblacinska type is fermented and carefully distilled, when in the stadium of full ripeness. It ages for 7 years in barrels that were used for tequilla aging previously. Therefore the brandy has slight agave-like taste. Carefully hand crafted in limited quantity of several hundreds bottles a year, each bottle carries its own number. The impression is slightly sweet, floral with emphasized sour cherry fragrance, honey and floral aromas at the end. It is deep and complex, layered and intrguing brandy that needs attention when consumed. Well, you can’t just drink it. You have to stop and prepare yourself for it. Don’t expect it will be gentle, it’s not a liqueur, but brandy. But this brandy carries its fruit straight onto your palate. Not easy at all, I admit, to stop at the first glass... 0.7 l, 41% alc. Masterpiece of golden plum brandy of mild and balanced aroma aged in Serbian Oak barrels for 4 years. Limited series. Each bottle is registered and marked separately. The distillery bottles some 400 bottles each year. The brandy is aged in Serbian oak barrels for 4 years in dark cellar under the constant temperature. Floral notes, ripe yellow fruits, vanilla, honey, cocnut are some of the sensations on the palate. It is complex and deep brandy, best as digestive in the afternoon or evening hours, with long ending. A bit sweet Slivovitz, unusual for its kind, but no tartness at all, which is also unusual. Not mild at all, but it strikes as plum brandy should strike. Excellent and potable Slivovitz. It seems it was mor elike crafted for the palates of Western customers. No feeling of heaviness after having few glasses more than I should have had. That's why I love it.
