0,7 l, 40% alc. Colourless fruit brandy distilled of pure smashed fermented quince, of typical fruity aroma aged 3 years in stainless steel. Granted numerous gold medals, this quince brandy produced by small family distillery of Ilic Family, kept the typical quince fruit aroma during the distillation process. It is distilled of ripe „male“ quince that is used in orchard to fertilize the „female“ quince fruit. It has typical and calm fragrance, deep and harmonious aroma, full bodied and potable. I like to feel the fruit in my nose when I'm having quince brandy. I like to „guess“ what it's made of, even with my eyes blindfolded. I like this one, in one word. Actually, I fell in love with it. The Ilic Family has been inhabiting the slopes of Tara mountain in Western Serbia for centuries. And slivovitz has been destilled in their household as far as there is any clue. Modern generation has proudly named their brandy “Old song” in memory of their ancestors. Their own orchards are blessed with perfect climate for fruit growing. Cântec Vechi Rachiu de Ienupăr

0.7 l, 40% alc. Top quality plum juniper brandy, aged for 5 years in an oak barrel. The taste and aroma of this delicate, clear spirit are both dominated by black juniper berries. The macerate of juniper berries is gently distilled and then given a maturation period to harmonize the aroma. The traditional production results in a distillate that is clean and smooth, but has not lost its typical bitter character. The juniper gives this brandy a rich, exquisite and profound aroma. The taste is harmonious, easy on the palate accompanied with a restrained bitterness. The Bajina Basta fruit orchards are located between the slopes of Povlen and Tara mountains. These mountains are blessed with one of the most important requisites in fruit growing. 0.7 l, 40% alc. Tawny dense plum brandy aged with healing medicinal and aromatic herbs for 5 years in oak, aperitive or digestive. Double distilled plum brandy slivovitz is left to age for 5 years with macerate of several medical herbs in oak barrels. These herbs make its scent a bit penetrating and enrich it with different aroma. It is praised to have positive healing effects on digestion. It is full, complex and harmonious, very pleasant and potable. I am already healed. Actually, my stomach reacts positively. And it requires more. And the apetite is excellent after this travarica. But its so harmonious that you can have it in the evening after the meal as well. One or two glasses? Excellent, but I am not that disciplined. 0,7 l, 40% alc. Tawny dense excellent Sliovivtz aged for 5 years in oak, balanced, complex and potable. Plum brandy distilled from sumptuous sort of plums with a hint of vanilla. The tannin from oak barrel give to this plum brandy profound and delicate aroma. Excellent! This brandy has rounded and harmonious taste. Recommended as an excellent digestiv. Rachiu de Pară Williams Cântec Vechi 3 Ani

0,7 l, 40% alc. Colourless brandy made of ripe fermented pear fruit of Williams variety aged for 3 years in stainless steel, fresh fruity aroma. The Ilic Family grows pears on its own estate. Their point of ripeness is carefully observed. Williams pear grants a lot of aroma and fragrance to its brandy only if picked during the peak ripening season. Seedless, but not peeled fruit is left to ferment, because its skin is full of aromatic aetheric materia. It is distilled twice and then left to calm down and age in stainless steel, because they don't want their brandy to be colourder by the oak barrels. They insist on its purity and freshness. Mmm. Real Pear, No, actually, it's brandy made of pear. But it flashes with its refreshing fragrance. Have you ever been in pear orchard while they are ripe, just before picking? Rachiu de prune incolor și limpede Slivovitz „Old Song”, maturat

0,7 l, 40% alc. Rachiu de prune incolor și cristalin, cu gust armonios, maturat timp de 3 ani, realizat artizanal în onoarea celebrului său predecesor Excellentia Slivovitz. Rachiu plin, calm și armonios, cu aromă curată. Pentru producerea artizanală a rachiului de prune incolor se folosesc diferite soiuri de prune coapte. Toate trebuie să fie de calitate excelentă și perfect coapte. Spre deosebire de rachiurile maturate în butoaie de stejar și colorate de lemn, Slivovitzul incolor nu poate fi îmbunătățit de stejar. De aceea, Slivovitzul incolor necesită abilități supreme și multă experiență din partea distilatorului. Acest tip de rachiu de prune este cel mai apreciat de distilatorii profesioniști și reprezintă o măsură a experienței lor. Acest Slivovitz incolor este un test decisiv: doar persoane foarte pricepute îl pot produce. Nu se poate ascunde în spatele butoiului său, nu poate fi îmbogățit de stejar; stă gol și onest în fața ta. Iar acesta vorbește clar despre calitatea sa. Familia Ilić locuiește de secole pe versanții muntelui Tara din vestul Serbiei. Slivovitzul a fost distilat în gospodăria lor din cele mai vechi timpuri. Old Song Barique Rachiu De Gutui 5 ani

0.7 l, 40% alc. Made of carefully selected quince, smashed and left to ferment for a couple weeks. It is distilled and distilled again in traditional way, preserving the fruity bouquet. Williams Țuică De Pere Old Song cu Pere Murede

0.7 l, 40% alc. Pear brandy crafted of ripe fruit with ripe pear grown and matured in the bottle. Ripe fruit is carefully selected, compressed and fermented. Crafted in traditional way with no artifficial ingredients. While brandy matures in oakwood, bottles are fixed to the trees and small pears begin to grow inside empty bottles. When the pear is ripe, the bottle is taken off the tree containig pear and brandy is poured into the same bottle. From that moment brandy and its fruit start their everlasting love. A pear inside a pear-shaped-bottle is pro- vocative. The brandy was granted a slight fragrance of a ripe pear. Nice density and aroma.
