Golden Valley Slivovitz is made of the best plum in Uzice region: “pozegaca”, “ranka”, “trnovaca”. They are picked by the end of summer and beginning of autumn and left to ferment in wood barrels.

Ripe plum is carefully selected, smashed and left to ferment for a couple of weeks. Double- distilled in traditional way. Aged in oak wood for six years. The Golden Valley Slivovitz is a completely natural product with no competition among the plum brandies.
