This brandy requires only the plum of the highest quality in full ripeness from own orchards, controlled and cultivated. Several species of plum fruit is used for the slivovitz in order to get balanced aroma. Aging for at least 5 years makes it smooth, without any pungency. Supreme taste of slivovitz.
Byzant Slivovitz is made of three different speciecs of plum brandy: „Cacanska rodna“, „Cacanska rana“ and „Cacanska lepotica“. Each one of them is distilled and aged separately. After 5 years they are mixed up in unique Byzant Slivoivtz, according to the ratio that depends on their quality and taste.
