Plum brandy slivovitz distilled of ripe fermented fruit in traditional way

Brandy of yellow colour and specific aroma

Made of ripe plums, smashed and fermented for 3 weeks. Distilled in traditional way and left to age in oak.

	Acceptable, but not fascinating. On the edge, actually. The odor is not so profound, aroma is too strong. Colour of the old slivovitz and the overall quality do not match.
