Seven generations of the Beam family from Kentucky have been involved in the production of Jim Beam bourbon using a secret recipe for over 200 years. Jim Beam White is the best-selling bourbon in the world. Jim Beam White is distilled at lower temperatures, no more than 62.5%. It is four years old and has a high percentage of rye.

	This is the baseline of what a Bourbon should be. Sweet, slight charcoal oaky notes. Won't blow you away with complex flavours but nothing off putting either. Great as a mixer but also very sippable neat.
