Refreshing colourless pear brandy

Williams pear, species mostly used for fruit brandy, ferments for 3 weeks. A bit of sugar is added during in order to induce fermentation. Fermented fruit is distilled and distilled again in huge pots. Kept in stainless steel, so that it preserves its fruity identity.

Decent. Good brandy properly distilled with pleasant pear aroma. If you like a shot or two, this brandy might suit you. Fruity freshness of a pear is preserved during distillation.

 

Jutra Belgrade emerged from a fruit processing factory and distillery in a village Kostunici, Central Serbia. Their distillation is still in Kostunici. They rely upon fruit from their own orchards as well as their cooperatives.
